CRP-RRBs XV: current position
IBPS opened the Office Assistant application window on 1 September 2026. Registration, editing and online fee payment close on 21 September 2026.
The current vacancy compilation gives 8,183 indicative Office Assistant posts. Vacancies are RRB/state-wise and may be revised.
Exam dates
The official IBPS 2026-27 calendar schedules Office Assistant Prelims for 6, 12 and 13 December 2026 and Mains for 30 January 2027. Admit card, venue, reporting time and revised schedule should be treated as confirmed only when IBPS publishes them.
What matters while applying
Office Assistant is State/RRB-linked. State/RRB choice, local language and vacancy position must be read together. There is no interview: Prelims shortlists and Mains is the competitive selection exam.
Successful form submission does not itself prove eligibility; candidature remains subject to scrutiny.
After applying, keep the submitted form and payment proof, verify local-language requirements and begin Mains GA/Computer preparation early.
