Information we handle
We handle account information such as your name, email address, unverified mobile contact number and authentication records. We also handle course and Test Series activity, progress, attempts, answers, scores, learning analytics, support messages and account preferences.
Payments
For website purchases, Banking Legends records order, payment status, amount, currency and provider reference metadata needed to provide access and support. Payment instruments and card or UPI credentials are processed by Razorpay. Banking Legends does not store card or UPI credentials.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, deliver learning content, score tests, show progress, grant purchased access, prevent abuse, secure the service, respond to support requests and improve the platform using appropriate analytics.
Service providers, cookies and sessions
We use service providers where needed for hosting, storage, authentication, communications and payment processing. Essential cookies and similar session technologies keep you signed in and help protect your account. Provider handling is also governed by the provider's own privacy terms.
Security and retention
We use access controls, authentication, audit records and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. Information is retained while needed for service delivery, security, dispute handling, legal or financial record duties, and then deleted or anonymised under the applicable retention process.
Your choices and deletion
Signed-in users can review privacy controls and submit a governed account-deletion request from their account. See the public account deletion instructionsor contact support for help. Some records may need to be retained or anonymised where security, financial, legal or dispute obligations apply.
