इन numbers का मतलब
Prelims एक screening stage है। नीचे 2021-22 से 2025-26 तक के पाँच पूरे हो चुके और तुलना योग्य cycles के category-wise aggregate cutoffs दिए हैं। सभी Prelims cutoffs 100 में से हैं।

Mains एक अलग qualifying point है। अगली table में Phase III के लिए shortlist करने में इस्तेमाल हुए category-wise aggregate cutoffs दिए हैं। ये cutoffs 250 अंकों वाले Mains paper पर आधारित हैं। ये final selection या interview cutoff नहीं हैं।

2026-27 Mains अभी हुआ नहीं है और current cycle का Mains cutoff उपलब्ध नहीं है। इसलिए यहाँ 2026 Mains number नहीं जोड़ा गया। 2026 Prelims result current-cycle event है; उसे historical cutoff table में बिना verified cutoff के नहीं मिलाया गया है।
Trend को कैसे समझें
UR Prelims cutoff 2021-22 में 63.00 था, फिर 59.50 और 59.25 तक आया, उसके बाद 61.75 और 66.75 हुआ। यह लगातार ऊपर जाने वाला trend नहीं है। Reserved categories में भी broadly ऐसी ही movement दिखती है, लेकिन हर year gap बदलता है।
Mains में उतार-चढ़ाव और बड़ा है। 2021-22 और 2022-23 के marks 2023-24 से काफी ऊँचे हैं; 2024-25 में फिर बढ़ते हैं और 2025-26 में गिरते हैं। कुल marks समान होने पर भी paper, vacancies, candidate performance और shortlist conditions समान नहीं होते।
Cutoff paper difficulty, normalization, vacancies, candidates के स्तर और संख्या, तथा SBI कितने candidates को आगे ले जाना चाहता है—इन सबके असर से बदल सकता है। Cutoff बढ़ा, इसलिए paper आसान था, ऐसा सीधा निष्कर्ष सही नहीं है। Category gaps भी future की guarantee नहीं हैं।
Student को क्या करना चाहिए
Prelims और Mains cutoffs को सीधे compare न करें। Prelims screening है; Mains Phase III shortlist और final merit में बड़ी भूमिका निभाता है। Historical cutoff reference point है, target score नहीं।
Tables से अपने mock scores की stability देखें। किसी year में cutoff कम था, इसलिए तैयारी कम न करें; और किसी year में cutoff ज्यादा था, इसलिए अगली परीक्षा को आसान न मानें। Active cycle में current official SBI notice ही final authority रहेगा।
