Officer Scale I के लिए recognised university से किसी भी discipline में Bachelor's degree या equivalent qualification चाहिए। Qualifying result 21 September 2026 तक declared होना चाहिए।
Notification Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics और Accountancy जैसे backgrounds को preference देता है। इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि दूसरे graduates ineligible हैं।
Officer Scale I के लिए post-qualification work experience required नहीं है।
Age — 1 September 2026 को
General/EWS age band में candidate 18 से ऊपर और 30 से कम होना चाहिए। Notified DOB window 2 September 1996 से 1 September 2008, दोनों dates inclusive है।

Nationality
Standard IBPS framework में Indian citizen के अलावा notification में specifically permitted Nepal/Bhutan subjects, qualifying Tibetan refugees और specified Persons of Indian Origin भी आते हैं, जहाँ required हो वहाँ Government of India eligibility certificate जरूरी होता है।
Local language essential है
Officer Scale I में local language optional preference नहीं है।
अगर candidate ने prescribed State language Standard VIII या उससे ऊपर recognised school/board में पढ़ी है, या equivalent certificate है, तो उसे proficient माना जाता है। Selection के समय यह condition पूरी न होने पर notification framework joining के बाद सामान्यतः छह महीने का समय देता है, subject to RRB rules और probation limit।

Computer knowledge
Working knowledge of computers desirable है। Scale I के लिए इसे separate experience requirement न समझें।
Attempt limit
CRP-RRBs XV Officer Scale I के लिए कोई fixed lifetime attempt cap prescribe नहीं करता। SBI PO के attempt rules यहाँ apply न करें।
Documents
DOB proof, graduation/result date, category/EWS/PwBD proof जहाँ applicable हो, identity और local-language study/certificate ready रखें। Form accept होना final eligibility approval नहीं है; later scrutiny होती है।
