RBI Grade B Syllabus and Preparation Coverage

Official RBI Grade B paper areas, distinguished from Banking Legends preparation guidance for General, DEPR and DSIM.

Official paper areas

RBI’s detailed notice and appendices define the cadre-specific papers. They are the authority; Banking Legends does not relabel a coaching micro-topic list as an official syllabus.

General cadre

  • Phase I: General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.

  • Phase II: Economic and Social Issues; English Writing Skills; Finance and Management.

Specialist cadres

  • DEPR: specialist economics papers under the DEPR scheme.

  • DSIM: specialist statistics and information-management papers under the DSIM scheme.
