Plan for the role and discipline
NABARD Grade A is not simply a banking prelims exam. The latest official framework joins aptitude with Economic & Social Issues, Agriculture & Rural Development, descriptive English and a Generalist or specialist Paper II.

Main examination from day one
Write General English responses regularly in a controlled, structured way.
For Generalist, develop ESI and ARD together; for specialist or Legal, keep Paper II discipline work central.
Use official NABARD material and primary public sources when revising institutional or scheme context.
Psychometric test and interview
The psychometric test is mandatory under the latest RDBS/Legal framework. For interview, be able to explain your qualification, rural-development interest and the subject knowledge you actually possess.
