For CRP CSA-XVI, use the IBPS official Clerical Cadre-XVI page and detailed notification. Customer Service Associate is the official current name; IBPS Clerk is included here as the common search term.
What counts as current
The detailed notification and official cycle page control recruitment instructions, vacancies, eligibility, applications and later call-letter or result notices.
A corrigendum, extension or later official notice supersedes an earlier instruction where it expressly changes it.
Use official IBPS destinations for applications, call letters and results.
Treat the calendar correctly
IBPS has described its 2026–27 calendar as tentative. A tentative calendar can help planning, but it is not confirmation of a cycle-specific milestone. Banking Legends does not convert it into final dates unless an official CSA notice confirms them.
When a field is not announced
The current-status panel intentionally says not announced where IBPS has not published a fact. It does not fill the gap with a previous year, a coaching calendar or a prediction.
